Welcome to VatLinea (vatlinea.com). We provide VAT registration and reporting services tailored to the needs of businesses operating in Canada. By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

Our offerings are divided into three categories: VAT registration and reporting services, information products, and goods.

2.1 VAT Registration and Reporting Services

These services include assistance with VAT registration, filings, and compliance support. Customized solutions are offered based on client requirements.

2.2 Information Products

Digital materials such as guides, templates, and tutorials related to VAT processes.

2.3 Goods

Physical materials including printed manuals and forms necessary for VAT compliance.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are listed on our website and payable in advance. Payment must be completed before service delivery, product download, or shipment of goods.

4. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours notice without additional charges. Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date may incur fees or be declined.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients requesting cancellation at least three business days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than three days in advance are not refundable due to the preparation and resources allocated. Alternatively, clients may transfer the service to a new date without penalty if notified at least two business days prior.

5.2 Information Products

We offer a seven-day refund window for digital products that have not been accessed or downloaded. Once a file is accessed or downloaded, refunds are not available due to the nature of the product.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Shipping costs for returns are the client's responsibility. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. No Refund Services

Certain expedited or customized services are final sale and nonrefundable once delivery has commenced. This policy ensures the integrity and dedication of our specialist team’s efforts.

7. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

To initiate a refund or reschedule, please use our contact form. Include your order number and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval using the original payment method.

8. Changes to Terms

VatLinea reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by posting the revised version on vatlinea.com. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
